All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted if the products are in
their original condition and packaging.

Any damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Babylon Distribution LTD within 48
hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase

All orders are subject to approval and availability. Payment terms may be extended at Babylon
Distribution LTD’s discretion, including Net 30 terms after the third order.

Free shipping is available on orders over $1,500 for customers outside the province. Free local
delivery is available for orders within Nova Scotia.

Babylon Distribution LTD is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our products.
